These terms and conditions apply to the Loan Calculator Financial Tool
app (hereafter referred to as "the App") for mobile devices, provided by
Vishal Vaghri (referred to as "the Developer") as a free service.
By
downloading or using the App, you are agreeing to the terms set forth
here. Please read these terms carefully before using the App. Copying,
modifying, or redistributing any part of the App or our trademarks
without authorization is strictly prohibited. Attempts to
reverse-engineer, translate, or create derivative works of the App are
also not allowed. All rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and
other intellectual property related to the App, belong to the Developer.
The Developer is committed to ensuring that the App is
efficient and beneficial. However, they reserve the right to modify or
charge for the services offered within the App at any time. Any such
charges will be clearly communicated.
The App may collect and
store personal data, which you have provided to the Developer, for
service provision purposes. You are responsible for safeguarding your
device and access to the App. The Developer strongly advises against
jailbreaking or rooting your device, as it may compromise security,
expose your device to malicious threats, and cause the App to
malfunction.

The
Developer is not liable for certain conditions that may affect the
performance of the App. For example, some functions require an active
internet connection, either through Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Developer
cannot be held responsible if the App does not function fully due to
internet access issues or if you exceed your data plan limits.
When
using the App outside a Wi-Fi zone, your mobile network provider's
terms still apply. You may incur data charges, including roaming fees,
for which you are responsible. Ensure you have permission from the
device’s bill payer if you are not the one paying for the service.
The
Developer cannot be held accountable for issues like device battery
depletion that prevent you from accessing the App. Additionally, while
efforts are made to keep the App updated and accurate, the Developer
relies on third-party information and thus assumes no responsibility for
any losses due to reliance on the App’s functionality.
The
Developer may release updates to the App. These updates are required to
ensure continued use and compatibility with your device. However, the
Developer does not guarantee that all updates will be compatible with
your specific device version. You agree to download any updates when
available. The Developer reserves the right to discontinue the App at
any time without prior notice, and, upon termination, you must stop
using the App and delete it from your device.

The Developer may update these terms from time to time. You are advised to check this page periodically for any changes. Any updates will be posted here.
